Return Policy

If you decide you do not want your purchase after you receive it, you may return it within 7 days of receipt for a refund, less S&H costs and a 20% restocking fee. Before returning your item, you must call the DiscountPosterSale.com Customer Support Team at 1-866-228-8510 to receive a Return Materials Authorization number (RMA#) and instructions on how and where to return your purchase. In order to receive your refund, we must receive the returned merchandise in new, sellable condition. It may take up to 30 days after receipt of your returned merchandise before your refund posts to your credit card.

Returns without a valid RMA# will not be accepted.

Refused Packages – Important Note!

Any package refused by an addressee that is delivered to the address provided during the order process, will be deemed delivered – regardless of whether or not it is refused – and no credit or refund will be issued.

In order to receive a refund for your purchase less S&H and a 20% restocking fee, you must accept the item upon delivery and contact the DiscountPosterSale.com Customer Support Team at 1-866-228-8510 to receive an RMA# and instructions on how and where to return your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

When you receive your order, if your item(s) are damaged or incorrect you must contact the DiscountPosterSale.com Customer Support Team at 1-866-228-8510 within 7 days of receipt of your purchase in order for us to process a replacement claim request.
